Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is hosting a virtual training entitled DAP SSI/SSDI Trainings: What's Really Going on at SSA's Field Offices and the Bureau of Disability Determinations? on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 2:00 PM-3:00 PM Eastern.

2025 was a transformative year for SSA, filled with leadership transitions, staffing reductions, and big customer service changes like the AI chatbot and field office phone routing.  2026 is expected to be similarly transformative.  

Please join Jen Burdick and Kristen Dama from Community Legal Services for a briefing and discussion on what we know, what we anticipate, and what we are all seeing on the ground in our communities and at the Bureau of Disability Determinations.
