Please join Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. for a virtual training on an advanced SSI/SSDI overpayment issue: Netting. The program will be held on March 26, 2026 from 2:00 PM-3:30 PM Eastern.

Netting occurs when SSA offsets underpayments like back awards with past overpayments, reducing money owed to clients.  This session on navigating netting in your SSI/SSDI practice will be led by PLAN program alum and frequently requested trainer John Whitelaw of Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI), Delaware.

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.5 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
