ChildLine Registry Cases: Constitutional Issues & Practices Tips (Webinar)

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. will be hosting a virtual program entitled ChildLine Registry Cases: Constitutional Issues & Practices Tips on September 29, 2022 from 1:00 PM-2:00 PM Eastern.

Community Legal Services of Philadelphia has a robust practice in representing people on the ChildLine Registry to appeal their indicated reports and clear their names. CLS also recently filed litigation in Commonwealth Court challenging the constitutionality of the Registry because people are listed before they have had a hearing and suffer employment loss and reputational harm. Join advocates from CLS to hear more about this litigation and other practice tips for handling these important cases!
