2023 PLAN Bankruptcy Bootcamp: Using Bankruptcy to Help Tenants
This workshop, entitled Using Bankruptcy to Help Tenants, is part of a series of ten training programs entitled the 2023 PLAN Bankruptcy Boot Camp that is being hosted by Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. on consecutive Fridays through March 24, 2023.
All sessions will run from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern. One substantive CLE credit will be offered for each training with additional time built in for questions, comments, and strategic discussion.
This workshop will cover the following topics:
- Ch. 7 v. Ch. 13
- significance of the order for possession and the language on the petition
- public v. private housing remedies
- John Byrd
- Eileen Yacknin
This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for One (1.0) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are requesting CLE credit for attending this webinar you must actively participate in the entire webinar. There will be interactive polls launched during the webinar that you will have to respond to in order to prove your active participation.
