This year, we're bringing both events together for one shared experience. Join us in Harrisburg on September 17–18 for two days of learning, connection, and celebration with colleagues from across Pennsylvania's legal aid community.
 

Conference Highlights

The Statewide Training Conference will feature a full slate of training sessions, opportunities to connect with colleagues across the network, and fresh ideas that you can bring back to your organization. This year’s sessions are designed for all attendees, including attorneys, paralegals, support staff, and client advocates.

Conference registration includes admission to the Excellence Awards, so no separate awards registration is needed.

UPDATE: The room block at the Hilton Harrisburg is now closed. The Hilton is also fully sold out for Thursday, September 17. A small number of rooms may still be available at the Hilton for Wednesday night at the hotel’s current rate. For other options, attendees can view Hilton-affiliated hotels in the Harrisburg area.

Discounted rooms are still available at the Crowne Plaza for conference attendees. The new deadline is Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 4:59 PM. Book at the Crowne Plaza.

New This Year: A Paperless Conference

To reduce waste and make materials easier to access and keep up to date, the Statewide Training Conference will be fully paperless this year.

• All materials will be available digitally before & during the event.

• Additional access to power will be available throughout the conference.
