Join Community Legal Services (CLS), the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (PA DHS), and the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project (PULP) on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 1:00 PM-2:30 PM Eastern for a FREE webinar providing an update and overview of the LIHEAP Program. Learn what you need to know to ensure low income households do not see a disruption to utility service this winter.

The webinar will walk participants through changes to the program, answer common LIHEAP questions, and provide advocacy tips for assisting households to access assistance through the program.
