Legal Aid Attorneys Needed – Temporary –  Three locations: Bethlehem, Hazleton, and Sunbury offices

While we continue to recruit to fill full-time attorney positions, we are open to adding temporary, part-time attorneys to assist with casework at North Penn Legal Services.  These are nonbenefit positions to be paid a rate of $30 - $38 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week and expected to last from four to six months.  Applications are considered on a rolling basis until positions are filled.

North Penn is seeking attorneys with demonstrated interest and experience in the issues affecting low income persons.  The current need is focused on landlord/tenant, family law, debt collection, unemployment and criminal records expungement cases.
