Intake and Office Administrator - Laurel Legal Services, Greensburg

Laurel Legal Services is a non-profit organization in the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network (PLAN). Our mission is to ensure quality legal representation and education to eligible individuals and to be a recognized community partner as a resource for justice. We are seeking an Intake and Office Administrator for our Westmoreland County office.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Handle a variety of day-to-day administration, including answering telephone calls, scanning and distributing correspondence and court filings, and addressing daily needs;
- Screen applicants for eligibility and processing intake of new client files, including callers, walk-ins, and online applicants; and
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with file maintenance, correspondence, and other client matters.
This position will be full-time with a weekday schedule of 8:30 to 4:30 (noon to 1:00 lunch), along with benefits related health, dental, and vision care, leave, and retirement. An associate’s or technical degree, and/or significant relevant experience, is strongly preferred.
