Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. and the DAP training team are pleased to present a fall training series on medical, education, and other evidence in SSI/SSDI cases.

This session, Gathering and Reviewing Evidence of Disability, will cover the nuts and bolts of gathering evidence to build a strong disability case. The session will review how to work up a case from start to finish, including interviewing clients, requesting existing evidence, and soliciting new evidence, all while meeting your ethical obligations. There will be opportunities for discussion about how to efficiently integrate these processes into your existing practice to support zealous advocacy for our clients.

CLE Credit

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for one (1.5) hour of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
