Staff Attorney - PCADV

The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) seeks a Staff Attorney for its Program Services Department.  The Staff Attorney works with our domestic violence attorney network and our network of community programs; performs legal research and writing on domestic violence issues; seeks out best practices for providing civil legal representation to victims; responds to requests for assistance from the field and develops and delivers training programs and materials. The position does not involve the direct representation of clients.

Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an ABA-accredited law school, possess an active Pennsylvania law license and have a minimum of three years of experience in the practice of law, including representation of victims of domestic violence and other crimes, in protection from abuse actions and in family law. Experience in child protective services law, human trafficking law and criminal law desirable.
