The Staff Attorney will provide legal information, consultation, and representation to victims. Duties and responsibilities may be carried out in Luzerne, Carbon, or Wyoming Counties.  Legal representation of program participants in child custody, child support, spousal support, housing, public benefits, divorce, victims compensation, immigration law, and, when possible petitioning/filing for protection or restraining order. 

Education: Law degree from an accredited law school and license to practice law in Pennsylvania. 

Experience: At least one year of litigation and family law practice in a public interest law firm or similar setting preferred. Demonstrated expertise in providing legal assistance to domestic violence victims preferred.
